Performance starts in the kitchen. Apex's nutrition coaching program pairs you with a certified performance nutritionist for a 12-week engagement. You'll start with a full body composition assessment, build a macro target aligned to your training load, and progress through weekly check-ins with adjustments. Optional: add competition fueling protocols if you're prepping for a race or event.

Do I need experience?
No. Every program scales to your current fitness level. Our coaches will assess your baseline before your first class.
